At ModernSeniors.com, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return.

Exchanges
(All Products Except Magnetic Products)
All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization
number (RAN). Exchanges and returns cannot be accepted or processed without one.
An RAN must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final and any applicable exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Discontinued
Items
At times, the ModernSeniors.com, E-MagnetShop and
Toysforgrandkids.com sites will offer specially priced
items that have become discontinued by the manufacturer. Those items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranties
At ModernSeniors.com, E-MagnetShop.com and Toysforgrandkids.com all products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. As noted below, we handle all exchanges and returns within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date and request of an
RAN number. Thereafter, all applicable exchange and return responsibility is turned over to the manufacturer. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

appreciate your business. Our business is structured to supply the
product needs of individuals, businesses, institutions or agencies for their "personal" use only.
We do not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products that
we offers for sale. As such, we will not accept Tax Exempt Reseller documents.

reserve the right to, at any time, after receipt of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
Customer receipt of email acceptance of order is not indicative
of a final order acceptance.

Payments
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
Cards. We are currently accepting international orders.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries,
shipment may be delayed to insure collected funds.
Please note our current billing system requires us to charge your credit card as soon as your order is
received, including backordered items. You may cancel your backorder at any time, or after 30 days your backordered
item(s) will automatically be cancelled. At the time of cancellation, we will credit your credit card and notify you accordingly.

From time to time, products can be constrained or discontinued. We will update you on a weekly basis with the status of your backorder. If after 30 days we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we will cancel your backorder, credit your credit card, and notify you accordingly. You may cancel your backorder at any time, whereupon we will credit your credit card account.

is accurate. We will not,
however, be responsible for technical inaccuracies, wrong
prices, mistakes of any nature, or typographical errors.
